Aerator

The PERLATOR® Coin Slot Aerator can be used with cast faucets and needs no brass and no tools. This threaded aerator has an integrated coin slot for easy assembly or disassembly and can be removed with a coin. NO KEY – all you need is a coin to assemble or disassemble the aerator.

NO BRASS – The brass housing becomes redundant, reducing material costs and enabling you to save on special finishes.

SLIM AIR

This product’s main characteristic is the extemely low height combined with an excellent aerated stream quality. Another innovative feature is the integration of the water saving PCA® technology which allows a compliance with different international water-saving requirements. A major advantage of the SLIM Air is its 100 % compatibility with existing faucet threads of size male M24x1. The male M24x1 aerator in your faucet can easily be exchanged with the SLIM Air. This way you get around buying expensive brass housings and have more freedom for faucet design.

You have the option to select from useful features:

• Rectangular aerators have changed the shape of the water streaming. Faucet designers experience new possibilities and interesting style options for faucet and water stream.
• A flow regulated 1.5 gpm PCA® version (size: 32×8 mm), various restricted flow classes and two different stream patterns (laminar and aerated) are available.

• Esides the established NEOPERL sealing technology a rectangular sealing (RS) facilitates mounting in sharp edged rectangular tubes.

Aeration at Low Pressure conditions

NEOPERL offers faucet aerators suitable for areas with low supply pressure or for gravity-fed systems. They ensure a fully aerated, comfortable stream in low pressure conditions (0.1-0.8 bar).CASCADE_Q_V_Kombi2

V class models produce an excellent aerated stream with only a minimal reduction in flow rate. V models are available in various product lines and sizes.

Recommended max. pressure at aerator: 0.8 bar

Minimum flow requirement for aeration: 3.5 l/min at 0.1 bar

Flow Rate Q

This aerator achieves a fully aerated stream at low pressure conditions even with low flow at the spout end which means only half of the water consumption compared to the V model.

Recommended max. pressure at aerator: 0.6 bar

Minimum flow requirement for aeration: 1.8 l/min at 0.1 bar
